What to Expect in Kagurabachi Chapter 55
Chapter 55 will likely focus on the battle between Samura and the Hishaku sorcerer at Senkutsuji Temple. With his mastery over tree sorcery, the Hishaku sorcerer can manipulate roots, giving him a potential advantage in the fight.
Though Samura is highly skilled, the tree sorcery might prove difficult to counter, putting him in a dangerous position. The outcome of this confrontation could have a significant impact on the ongoing conflict between the Kamunabi and Hishaku factions.
Kagurabachi Chapter 54 Recap
Chapter 54, titled Friendship, opens with Yura, the leader of Hishaku, reflecting on Kamunabi’s tactics while at a playground. He suspects that Kamunabi is focusing its forces defensively, noting that their acceptance of Chihiro indicates desperation.
Yura is also concerned about the whereabouts of Shiba. During a phone call with another sorcerer, Yura stresses the importance of securing at least one Enchanted Blade to breach Kamunabi’s headquarters in Tokyo. The sorcerer questions the wisdom of assigning such a critical mission to Hiruhiko, given his inexperience, but Yura remains confident in his combat abilities.
Meanwhile, Chihiro recounts how he turned his fight with Hiruhiko to his advantage. Hiruhiko, however, believes they are more similar than Chihiro admits. Chihiro refutes this, emphasizing their differences. Hiruhiko then reveals that the Hishaku are led by Yura and consist of ten elite sorcerers, with 68 members and 34 Datenseki weapons. The chapter ends with the tree-sorcery-wielding Hishaku sorcerer confronting Samura at Senkutsuji Temple.
